Shabbaton Equipping Time (SET) is a program that helps make talmidim (disciples) by training and equipping leaders, teachers, and the membership for ministry with the goal of strengthening his or her spiritual walk. At Rosh Pinah, we aim to stand in the gap for our youth and not let them fall by weak teaching and study. We really dive into the Word each week in a structured manner that equips our youth for practical, real life challenges. We discuss critical theological principles that Messianic Jewish youth need to know. The end goal is that our students will become theologically sound, vital members of the body of Messiah who love Yeshua and want to make His name great!

The GO Group is for Young Adults, including College and Career ages. The target age group begins at age 18 or 19 and extends until age 40 or so. The vision is to GO! GO is a word associated with taking action. The actions taken will include activities that help those in need at Rosh Pinah, help proclaim the Good News in word and deed, and help those who are on the field of outreach in other places around the world. As the name implies, this group will be an active group at our synagogue and we hope in other parts of the world including Israel.
